This installer supplies all of the components you need to update an existing installation of BBEdit 4.5 to version 4.5.1.
The “Easy Install” selection will update your BBEdit 4.5 application to version 4.5.1, update the installed HTML authoring tools to version 2.2.1, and update the Table Builder application to version 1.0.1.
If you have difficulty updating your BBEdit application, drag a fresh copy of the BBEdit 4.5 application from your BBEdit CD-ROM to your working BBEdit folder, restart your machine with the Shift key held down to disable extensions, and try running the updater again. The BBEdit application file may be found inside the "BBEdit 4.5" folder, which is in turn inside the "BBEdit 4.5 Files" folder on the CD-ROM.
Please note that this update cannot be applied to a demo, freeware, or beta (pre-release) version of BBEdit, nor can it be used to update an older commercial version of BBEdit.
